The BBBS Scholarship Program will once again recognize Littles at the annual Promising Futures ceremony, scheduled for June 9. Invitations for the event will be mailed in May. Information is currently being distributed to guardians and Bigs of qualified Littles about how to obtain the promise scholarship and participate in the ceremony.

The Scholarship Program began in 1986 with 50 Littles receiving scholarship promises. Since its inception, more than $4 million in scholarships has been promised to more than 2,200 Littles at this annual event for Bigs, Littles and families. Graduating seniors are also recognized for their on-going commitment to education.
