VIRTUAL YOGA – Every Second Thursday

Join us every 2nd Thursday from 5 – 6 pm for our new virtual monthly yoga nights led by our favorite yogi, Jenlyn!
Combining physical postures, breathing techniques and relaxation, regular yoga practice is a wonderful way to foster both mental and physical health.
