Bigs4Bigs – Recruitment Campaign

Big Brothers Big Sisters has an urgent need for more Bigs. We need more mentors!

To address this, we are launching a Bigs4Bigs recruitment campaign to engage our current Bigs – the people who know BBBS and our program’s impact best – in identifying and recruiting new volunteers.

Bigs are encouraged to reach out to people they know who might make great mentors and invite them to attend one of our Volunteer Information Sessions, or schedule a Volunteer Information Session for their company or organization to help spread the word.

The campaign runs July 17 – August 31st and yes, there will be points and prizes!

Bigs will earn 1 point for each referral who attends a Volunteer Info. Session, and 5 points for scheduling a Volunteer Info. Session at their workplace.

So, let’s go Big for the kids in our community! Help us find more amazing mentors for the kids on our waiting list.
