Designed for Big Sisters and Little Sisters ages 12 and older, monthly Sister to Sister events bring matches together for recreational activities with a focus on making healthy choices, building positive relationships and exploring educational and career opportunities.
In October, Sister matches are invited to join us online for a fun time sharing items that have a special memory for them or something that is part of their culture.

Charades is a game that translates easily to an online format! In this workshop, sister matches will split into groups and use a charades idea generator to choose words and phrases. The person acting out the charade will then use the online Zoom "spotlight" feature and their team will have one minute to figure out the phrase. Join us for a fun time full of laughter!

Combining physical postures, breathing techniques and relaxation, regular yoga practice is a wonderful way to foster both mental and physical health.
