Match Anniversary Celebration
BBBS celebrates matches who have reached milestone anniversaries in their match relationships.
Once a quarter, we invite matches with anniversaries of 1 year and more to join us to enjoy refreshments and recognition for their important achievements.
Promising Futures Scholarship Ceremony
Our annual Promising Futures Scholarship Ceremony recognizes the achievements of graduating high school seniors who are receiving BBBS educational scholarships, as well as the commitment of Littles who are 14 years and older, have been matched for at least one year, and promised to complete their high school education. Hobie Day
BBBS’ annual Hobie Day provides Bigs, Littles, and their families with an exciting way to stay cool in the summer sun! Local sailing group the Austin CATS provides all of the equipment and expertise needed for participants to enjoy a refreshing sailboat ride and sailing lessons on the lake.
