Located at Highland Lanes our annual bowling marathon helps BBBS raise funds to make a positive, long-lasting impact on children in our community. This two-day, themed event brings almost 1,000 community members together to celebrate a weekend of camaraderie, fun and fundraising with 100% of the money raised going to match more children in Central Texas with the caring mentors they deserve.
Bigs and Littles are invited to enjoy a variety of board games, video games, art activities and exercise, special events such as movie and trivia nights, and opportunities to enjoy the company of other matches.
Our annual Promising Futures Scholarship Ceremony recognizes the achievements of graduating high school seniors who are receiving BBBS educational scholarships, as well as the commitment of Littles who are 14 years and older, have been matched for at least one year, and promise to complete their high school education.
This July 9th, Mercedes-Benz of Austin will host its annual golf tournament to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas at the beautiful Hills Country Club in Lakeway. With two stunning courses, including the first course in Austin designed exclusively by Jack Nicklaus, the Hills offers some of the finest championship golf in central Texas.
