We want to make you aware of the following store policies.

 

SALES

All Sales Are Final. We are not able to provide returns or exchanges on BBBS merchandise at this time.

 

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is defective, that has been damaged in shipping, or that is incorrect, please contact us at Shop@BigMentoring.org within 30 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to issue a refund and/or provide a replacement.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • The original order number
  • Photos of any/all damaged or misprinted items

Refunds will go back to your original form of payment. You can expect to receive replaced items 2-3 weeks after the new order has been submitted. We will cover the cost of shipping any replaced items to you.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order are based on your location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping is only available to locations within the United States.

In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 10 to 14 business days, if not sooner.
